Working with Monica was a dream! We weren’t the easiest clients because we were relocating from Los Angeles with two little kids and a lot of specific tastes and preferences. Monica took it all in stride and was so much fun to work with. Because we were located in CA, we had to do a couple of intense house hunting trips and then there was a ton of calling, texting, and emailing. Monica was on top of EVERYTHING and was ready to jump on anything we we were interested in. She often made appointments to preview houses we saw online and got in the same day, FaceTiming me during her walk through. She was flexible and even met my mom (who lives in the area) several times to show her houses in my stead. Monica has lived all over the Chicago area for years and had a ton of valuable insight about each suburb on the north shore we were looking at. That kind of advice is priceless when you are relocating a whole family. She really knows her stuff. I also appreciated that Monica is extremely detail oriented and noticed way more in each house than I would have. She could spot well executed workmanship, smell possible moisture issues, and see resale value (or lack there of) within 5 seconds of walking in a front door. I felt completely comfortable trusting Monica with screening homes for us and would recommend her to anyone looking for a great realtor. We have been in our new house for a little over two months now and, thanks to Monica, we are right at home!
